Breakfast

The PERFECT Scrambled Eggs -by Gordon Ramsay

Anytime Gordon Ramsay gets a new cook in his kitchen he asks them to make a scrambled egg, testing them to see if they know how to cook properly.

What’s the Trick to making PERFECT Scrambled Eggs? On the Heat – Off the Heat… and Repeat!

Check out Gordon’s video to see what I’m talking about; you’ll be glad you did!

After watching how Gordon Ramsay cooks scrambled egg, definitely, you’d never want to cook it any other way! This egg recipe idea should be at the top of your list of go-to recipes when you need breakfast in a flash!

Lunch

The PERFECT Egg Salad & the EASIEST way to PEEL a Hard-Boiled Egg

There are so many different ways to make egg salad, and much of it starts with how well done do you like your hard-boiled eggs?

Do you prefer soft boil, hard boil or somewhere in the middle?

No matter which way you prefer them, you MUST watch Tim Ferriss’ video for the EASIEST way to peel the eggs. Here’s a hint: 1tsp baking soda

Now for the Egg Salad Recipe! I tried this Egg Salad Recipe from Bon Appetit and was surprised by the delicious flavor! This egg recipe idea takes your hard-boiled egg to the next level!

I love this on an everything bagel.

Dinner

Leek & Pancetta Quiche

Why not use eggs as your main ingredient for dinner!

This recipe is a little more involved but so worth it!

I love using Leeks in different recipes and the flaky crust of a deliciously home-baked Quiche will make your mouth water.

In this mouthwatering Leek and Pancetta Quiche recipe, Gordon Ramsay uses pancetta, if you don’t have pancetta, feel free to sub in whatever kind of bacon or sausage you have at home.

The secret to any good quiche is in the crust, that’s the “hero” of the dish! How about you? Do you have any egg recipe ideas that you’d like to share? Let us know!
