Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful power greens fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Enjoy as is or pour into a glass and top with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds
